dear world,

the last couple weeks have been interesting.

first i got to take pictures of some of my favorite guys in the world.

and of course being the clumsy fool i am...

i fell on barbed wire.

i have a serious talent for idiotic things like this.

i understand this is a super unattractive picture.

that's kind of the point folks.

but i'm also super domestic and make food.

like homemade rolls and chicken rice soup.

so delicious.

i also made homemade enchilada soup.

but i'm challenged and forgot to take a picture.

i also made this super attractive necklace...out of a shirt.

learned it from this lovely lady (who has the cutest blog)

i believe in unicorns too.

you can find the tutorial here.

i'm making another necklace this weekend.

i hope you are all having a fabulous long weekend!

i'm home for the weekend.

nice to get out of rexburg. :D

dear alex pettyfer,

i have decided to start doing what i will call 'fobo (fake boyfriend) friday'. and you, my dear alex, have become the first. i first saw him in Alex Rider: Operation Stormbreaker, and i fell in love. isn't he a beautiful? just look at that jaw line. i die.

does anyone else think that he would make the perfect Jace from the mortal instruments series? and according to this article, it will hopefully be happening.

do we know that marki loves her some guys in glasses?

so what do you all think is he worthy of fobo status? (not that i'm ever changing my mind...)

wish i could be at this wonderful place, instead of getting ready to go back to school in a week.

if it makes you happy it can't be that bad

once upon a time i loved books. it may or may not be an obsession. but let's not make assumptions. but really i love books. it's not enough for me to merely borrow a book i must own it. i LOVE owning books. i don't think that there's much out in this world that is better than that. i love reading books over and over again. so here are some little gems i love right now.

author: Cassandra Clare

books: The Mortal Instruments

these books are fabulous. clare is a fabulous writer. she spins a world that merges the familiar with the magical. a definite must read for lovers of fantasy. the series consists of three books;

The City of Bones

The City of Ashes

The City of Glass

this series follow a young girl, clary, who suddenly is able to see a world she never knew existed, one she's not sure if she wants anything to do with. but when clary's mother is kidnapped the only hope of ever seeing her again is to team up with the people of this new world.

Jacob....I love you!

Dear Future Husband,
Please look like this:

Thank You.

Alslo, Jacob, you are officially better than Edward...
