once upon a time i loved books. it may or may not be an obsession. but let's not make assumptions. but really i love books. it's not enough for me to merely borrow a book i must own it. i LOVE owning books. i don't think that there's much out in this world that is better than that. i love reading books over and over again. so here are some little gems i love right now.

i am suddenly homesick.

homesick for Rexburg.

this beautiful town where i go to school. i go back in a month and i can't wait! i am so very anxious both in good ways and in not good ways. last semester was not great for me and i didn't really think i would have a desire to go back.

but i do.

it's a part of me.

My Colorful Life

i have a new title of my blog: The Colors of My Life.

my post before this one, the one about things that make me happy, made me realize how much COLOR i have in my life. there are so many things that make my life great. things that make my life different and unique and special.

so my new....vision....i guess you could say, for this blog is to highlight all the happy and colorful moments of my life. not all colorful moments in life are great. at least not at first. i believe that things happen for a reason. they're there to teach us something. to help us grow into people who can better this world.

this blog will be happy + funny + sarcastic + sad + cheerful + full of hope = the colors of my life.

1. sunshine. one time it snowed. BOO. but now the SUN is back. so therefore i'm happy.

2. music. i love music. i spend way too much money on it. but i love it. so there.






3. love. i've never actually been in love. but it's great. all kinds of love.





4. dreams. where would we go if we didn't have a dream of some sort?






5. gum. i like gum. i'm kinda addicted. better than being addicted to pot, right?




6. cities. big ones. they're just awesome. the end.





7. beaches. who doesn't love them? really tho. i'd like to have a talk with the person who doesn't.
